**WARNING** Picture included** HELP! I had a Cervical Colposcopy done 3 days ago and THIS just fell out of my vagina.

So, as the title states, 3 days ago I had a Cervical Colposcopy done because my 6 week post partum check up came back abnormal. I knew I would experience some spotting, but I never expected this.... Friday night as I showered 2 small (maybe an inch long at the most) piece of whatever this is fell onto the shower floor as I washed. I thought it was weird, so I called my best friend who had the same thing done back in December and she said that it was probably just a scab and not to freak out. Okay, so since then I've experienced what I thought were just flakes of a scab in my CM when I would wipe, until today. I sat down on the toilet maybe 5-10 minutes ago and felt like I was passing a huge clot (the kind you get after you have a baby), looked in the toilet and this was in there... this can't be just a scab. Someone please help me if you know anything at all. I was to call the ER, but I don't want to sound crazy and this be completely normal...
