Prolapsed bladder, does anyone have this? Anyone who can help me ugh

Just read your history and saw you're looking for excercises. Kegel exercises are good for it! You can figure out which muscle you need to be tightening for this exercise by going and stopping during urination. Just go for a second and hold it for 3. Do this every time you go to the bathroom until you can feel which muscle it is. Once you've realized, throughout the day just tighten it for 5 seconds, 10 times. Do it 4 times a day. As it gets stronger hold it for 10 seconds 5 times a day. Hope that makes sense for you!
