Here is my story , please read

I got my last af feb 9-16. a week later i started bleeding again for some days kinda like spotting but with no cramping like i would a normal cycle , the blood was red but towards the end got real dark. It say im 5 days late , a couple of days ago i spotted for two days only like a red pink color and ended with brown , that happen when i should have got my cycle. The only symptoms i have where a cold , stuffy nose , crazy hot flashes , emotional , gassy , peeing a little more , bad headache for 3 days no meds work and cramping dull ache down low. What should i do should i test?
