Nail Tech offered me gel nails && gave me acrylic instead with a gel top coat 😑😑 They were ugly af. I asked for french with a LIGHT BEIGE PINK instead of white since my dress was light pink. She gave me these ugly bulky as hell bubble nails with hot pink polka-dots in a line to resemble french. And still charged me 45$ because they were "gel"

Literally yesterday. This nail tech guy was doing my nails he was very non chalant when i first arrived but I didn't think twice. He's doing my nails sculpting them with the machine thing and he goes over my skin with the machine. Not deep but enough to make me wince and jump back, and he kept trying to put polish on it when I was clearly saying it burns it's hurting😡.  He didn't even apologize and tried to charge me full price. Luckily my nail tech they I normally use fixed it and gave me a hand massage.

Last week I went to get my nails done. 3 days later they started lifting and we're just done so fucking shitty.  I called today and talked to the manager. I went in and she did an amazing job. I didn't have to pay but I still tipped her. It wasn't her fault and the fact she was willing to do it for free ... now I know which person to ask for.

Well this one girl i always went to couldn't do my nails at the time. So i had a guy just take off my nail polish and do the essentials and she would do all the acrylic and nail placement shit. Well she still wasn't done and she told him to put the nail on , gel and shape them or whatever. I HATED the way they looked . They were ugly . I was told to give it time because he wasn't done. I did and said no i dont like it. and i said stop and i got angry. He then had my soak my hands in nail remover for A WHILE and then took the shit off my nails. I was pissed. Because i could of just waited because by the time he was done taking them off she was ready. She did my nails and they came out perfect but i was charged like 15$ extra dollers and more for the fact that he fucked them up but apperently removing that shit cost money. and plus i was there for 6/7 hours . i ended up leaving about an hour after they already closed. at like 9 oclock at night
