Irregular periods...😳😳

I need to know if I'm the only one. So my periods tend to be quite odd. My "normal" AF is usually just about a month long then I'll maybe 5 or 6 days if no bleeding then just start all over again. Not only do I bleed for so long I have severe cramps, I've passes out a few time from the pain. I get nasty big blood clots.. I've gotten tests done. My hormone level is where it should be, all ultra sounds are what they should be. Only thing that has come back is that I was diagnosed with HPV. I just would like to know if any other of you ladies share what I go through and if have any tips. I go through about 2 to 3 packs of 45 pads a month.. it also makes me worry if I can even concieve. My husband and I don't use protection because we want a baby and have been having sex for over 2 years and I have not become pregnant.
