Contractions : A pattern?

Question

The doctor wants to see me tomorow, unless my contractions "develop a pattern." I'm only 34 weeks and been sick.
I normally don't have braxton hicks too often during the day, but I've had them come exactly 10 mins apart, four times in a row now.
When do I decide there's a pattern?

I've had several an hour for weeks, all Braxton hicks. A pattern would be every 2-6minutes for a full hour with increasing intensity (no going backwards in intensity) culminating to the point where you can't talk through it. That was my doctor's reference for when to call him. I've had even that trend and still turned out to be false labor.

My contractions didnt pick up with my 3rd and was very inconstist.

I was told by my l&d to come in if I get 4 or more in an hour. I guess every l&d has different guidelines though.

I believe if there are at least 6 in an hour. When I had 8 contractions every 8 min during my nst they sent me to L&D. They said since I had more than 6 they were sending me.
