Is Palmer's cocoa butter really better than others?

At 16 weeks, my baby bump is rapidly growing every day. Preventing inevitable stretch marks is becoming more and more important for me. Is Palmer's cocoa butter lotion really better than regular cocoa butter lotions? Which is the best lotion to use?

Any hypoallergenic mositurizer will do the trick. Avoid anything with added fragrance though because it'll dry your skin out.

Best way to prevent irritation is to drink lots of water, exfoliate when you shower, and mositurize at least twice a day. I put mine on (Cetaphil) when I wake up and before I go to bed as well as after every shower/bath.

The better hydrated you are on the inside and out the better your stretch marks will look. I have lots but they are very faint and silvery doing this compared to my first pregnancy when they looked very irritated and red.

Not sure if it's better since it's all I've used. But I use the Palmers in the jar along with the lotion and it has worked great for me so far. No stretchmarks and I'm almost 25 weeks.

I've been using a big bottle of Queen Helene cocoa butter throughout my whole pregnancy and I have absolutely no stretch marks. I think they're all the same and it really just depends on your skins elasticity and how moisturized you keep it.

I use Palmers Coco butter lotion every day and coconut oil every now and then. I'm sure other brands of Coco butter are good too, but make sure they're not too watery. The cheap ones are mainly made of water. Drink a LOT of water to keep your skin hydrated and try not to scratch when it starts to itch. I'm 27 weeks and have 0 stretch marks so far. Good luck!

I bought it and I really wish I had done more research. Its not helping me, I would try bio oil.
