Help !

Me and my boyfriend had sex recently friday i should say we didnt use a condom and he did finish inside me i took a plan B pill saturday and yesterday i started to get weird pains in my stomach idk if i ate something wrong. I did also take a test came out negative idk im just really scared and its my first time with out a condom i just need someone else out put. Oh and we did also do it a week before too with out a condom and not weird pain happen. I just honestly hope its the wings causing this pain. Help anyone please☹😩
