Best age gap between babies?

What do you think is best? Please tell me some pro's and con's with your choice

I like a 2 year age gap but my niece and nephew are 9 years apart and I love that she can feed and change him and cook him food since their parents don't they have an amazing bond

My brother and I are almost 6 years apart and I loved it growing up. We rarely competed for attention because we were at such different stages and our needs were very different. We're both adults now and I'm still thankful for the age gap. My husband and I are planning the same for our babies.

It all depends on the situation but my son and daughter are 9yrs apart and my daughter who is 3yrs old just adores her big brother who is 12yrs old and vice versa but I would of loved to hv her earlier but it all works out how it's supposed to!!!

Medically speaking, 2 years is an ideal gap between pregnancies. It gives your body the proper time to heal and prepare for the next pregnancy.

I can say this, my sons are 18 months apart and the transition from one to two was easier than the 5 year gap between my youngest son and my daughter. I was used to independent kids then i started over. I think it depends on you. What you feel like you can handle. Im ttc now and I'm scared i might have a large gap again. My daughter is now 2.

I don't think their is a right answer for this bc everybody is different. We had our daughter at a young age, I was 18 he was 22 and we decided that we wanted to wait until we got our life more stable and our relationship since we had only been together for 1 year when I got pregnant which the day we moved in together is the day I got pregnant. So now our daughter is 7 years old and we are where we want to be in life. Husband has a good job, stable relationship, we own our house and we have 2 vehicles now. So we have been ttc for 18 months now. Our daughter has been asking for a sibling for a few years and she will be able to help do a few things with him/her. I wasn't just going to have another child b4 we was ready just bc of age difference.

I don't think anyone can say what's best because they haven't done it any other way.  That being said, my first 2 are 15 months apart.  It ended up working out well because they were on the same schedule and are interested in the same things.  On the other hand, it's a lot of work because they're not big enough to be totally independent.  Now I'm pregnant with #3, who will be 4 years younger than the oldest and 3 years younger than the youngest.  It will be quite different but I think I will still have my hands full, with the oldest being 4!

I think it all depends on when your ready to have another baby! 
My eldest cousin is 31, her brother is 29 and the youngest sibling is 21!

So there's a 10 year age gap between eldest and youngest - and they're like best friends!

We're all 3 years. So is my husband and his brother. I like 3 years. Far enough to be independent yet close enough to be friends.

I want my daughter out of diapers and doing a lot of things with little to no assistance of course I will supervise her but I want her to be a helper ex: she can bring me diapers etc.
