Friend in an abussive relationship

Today my best girlfriend told me that her boyfriend hit her and I was immediately there for her since I've been there done that (got anal forced upon me by my ex and he'd hit me if I didn't). My friend and I talked a lot and after she went to bed I told my husband about her situation. He and I are in a long distance relationship cause of immigration. My husband was upset and wanted her to know he is there for her so he posted the sweetest message on facebook to make her feel loved. Also he kept telling me that her boyfriend is lucky my husband is 5000 miles away from him otherwise he'd make him hurt really bad. I feel really bad for her but it also made me realize that I have the sweetest husband and I am lucky to have him. I told her that even though this happened, it doesn't mean that every guy is like this and she'll still get her happy ending 😊
