So I have kind of recently started buying a cookie at my school canteen every single day and u can not stop...they are quite expensive so it's chewing up all my money and they are also very unhealthy. I am taking heaps and heaps of other food to school but I always eat it all within an hour of school starting.please help...I can't stop!!!
