Why is it so hard to cut people off?

So I posted before about this Navy guy in Japan who is coming back in April. Well he messages me on fb every day issue is he still has his gf in Japan. He initially said he was ending it because he didn't want to be in a relationship in 2 different countries now when I ask he says he's unsure how he will handle it I'm annoyed because he's being dumb. So I was already irritated last night because some guy on snap chat was all about hooking not at all for dating which is ridiculous and disgusting. I was telling him about that and he was getting an attitude with me. So basically he told me he talks to me because he's bored and I said then that makes you a shitty bf at least because when I was with my ex I was never bored enough to talk to another guy the way he tries to talk to me. I want to just delete him from all social media and be done because what's the point in meeting when he's back if he has a gf. I don't need new friends who are hot guys with gfs.
