Last one on the right I took at 23dpo, first it was negative then it turned positive hours later. What do you guys think?

Nope. You're only supposed to look at the recommended time. Or you'll get false positives.

No. Throw the test away after 10min and DO NOT go back and look at it again. Take a new test. Do not trust results after the 10min is up.
