Green cooking bananas!
Hey ladies I wanted to tell some you about a new healthy meal if your trying to lose weight or just eating healthy. I can only find them at publix where I live or I'm sure you can find them at any farmers market type store there call Green cooking bananas. How you make it is -
Pill the skin off the bananas then put them in a pot and boil for about 15 mins in till soft where it's easy to cut.
Once there done take them out and mash them up. You don't have to mash them up but I find it easier to add the other ingredients.
I like to add low fat feta cheese,little bit of Olive oil and Pepper.
Then it's ready to eat! It's so yummy and taste just like a baked potato but it's extremely healthy!!
