Some people who may not be showing how they want to might be. But majority of the time no. That is your spine literally curving to support all of the new weight on your body.

Nope this was me the day i went into labour (was actually having early irregular contractions in this photo) no way was i comfortable enough to intentionally bend my back lol it just naturally had this bend

Not usually (depending on how far along). Your body naturally develops an increase lordosis in lumbar spine mostly due to decreased abdominal muscles from growing baby stretching things out. If I'm consciously thinking of it, I can correct and look "less pregnant" however it's hard to constantly maintain that position......

I can tell when someone is arching their back. Especially when their ribs are showing through the skin. I have actually asked a couple people why and they say its natural but no , no ones back is naturally arched like a f'n "C" . I think most people are. Maybe to make their butt look bigger, their bump ? look skinnier ? idk
