Shitty Stick N Poke

I was having a rough week, and ended up making some REALLY bad decisions before turning it around ... I.e. I got drunk and let some idiot put a stick n poke tattoo on my lower backish area last night. He just used pen ink but I think he got pretty deep. PLEASE HELP – HOW DO I GET THIS OUT OF MY BODY??!!!Also, I KNOW I did something stupid, okay?? Please don't shame me for something I'm already so embarrassed and ashamed of. I just want help.
