Early conception signs, anyone??

My nipples are very sensitive, and I'm 4 days past ovulation 
Anyone else have early signs??

I had implantation cramping.. It was very distinct and it lasted for about 4 hours about 7dpo for me. I knew I was pregnant!

Yes! My boobs and nipples were sore and felt very full. I had left side cramping every single day and I had some motion sickness/ nausea when riding on the passenger side in the car. I still have these symptoms and I'm 7dpo.
