seborrheic dermatitis on my baby's face!

I need help yall! My poor 8 week old has a case of "cradle cap" on his face :( I have tried just washing it.. cetaphil wash.. essential oils.. eczema lotion and just leaving it alone and nothing has helped. It seems to have kept it at bay from getting really crusty but it itches him and we can't get into the doc until Friday. We went befor and they told me it was baby acne.. well they were wrong. Do you have any suggestions on what can help clear this up for my little one? I go back to work soon and I'd really like it to be taken care of before then.
