I haven't had a positive pregnancy test, but my period is two days late. I feel like I'm having pregnancy symptoms, but keep getting BFN's as of yesterday. I'm concerned about another ectopic as I've been cramping a little on the left side which is where I had my ectopic last April. Surely I'd have a positive test by now if I was pregnant. I ovulated 16 days ago (used OPK's). I just wish my period would come! Does it ever take more than a day or so after a missed period to get a BFP?
