Went to the doctor

I went to the doctor today bc I was in a wreck yesterday and I woke up so sore! He said I have whiplash and he ordered a C-spine xray and did a HSG test first. It was negative. I'm only 8 DPO. Do I still have a chance to be pregnant from my ovulation? Or is this month a dud??
