How to fix Bleached hair?

Ladies I ruined my hair. I have naturally curly 3c hair. The 2 pictures with my hair all black are before being dyed. The blonde is after being bleached and dyed. My curls are nooooowhere near the same curl type as before. I've been dealing with this frizzy crappy hair for like a year now because I can't bring myself to cut it. But it's just getting worse. I know I have to cut it soon. I've tried conconut oil and all the weird mayo , egg , avocado remedies and they help but they don't completely fix this mess. Is there anything I can do to minimize the amount of hair that will have to be cut off? Also I semi fried it from straightening it so I could hide my frizzy curls.
