Possible to get pregnant if your spotting?

I can't seem to get rid of this spotting. I just took progesterone for the first time. After a 10 day tuff period I am still having lite spotting everyday. Is it still possible to get pregnant?

I'm still trying to understand why I would have red spotting once at 5dpo and bright pink spotting a second time at 9dpo?? I'm so confused I never spot especially before AF.. I don't know what to think anymore 😰
