Pregnant your first cycle trying?

How many people actually got pregnant their first cycle trying? This is our first cycle really really trying and I'm hoping it happens but not assuming it will. I understand it could take 3months, 6months, or even 3yrs. I just was wondering how many here were actually successful their first time?

I got pregnant the first month we tried but it ended in a miscarriage at 6 weeks.

I know this is a ttc forum but I've heard it's sometimes super easy for couples the first time around but the second time around is when it got harder. I've also heard it reverse so I just wasn't sure if one of those people here conceived the first around in the first month.

Going on 8 months of casual trying and this last month we tried a bit more but my period is so irregular it is so difficult to tell when I am ovulating.
