I was examined at 00:00 & to their amazement and mine I was 8cm dilated. I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl at 00:22. (I think the lady in advanced labour was still in labour!!)  It was a very fast labour but it went perfectly for me. Few goes on the gas and air and she was here. I had no tearing or any complications. We were back home by 3:30am. My 3 year old son had absolutely no idea, so all whilst he was sleeping soundly his auntie came over & we went to the hospital had our baby and came home. It was truly magical seeing his little face when he woke up that morning. She's 11 days now and she's just perfect. 

This was a totally different experience to my first. So anybody who didn't have the best labour before, it doesn't mean it'll happen again. I went in with so much fear but now I'd happily go into labour and feel totally relaxed about the whole experience :)
