Anyone not tear (or need an episiotomy) during birth?!
FTM here hoping for a unmedicated birth and am concerned about tearing or needing an episiotomy. I know its very common but Im really hoping to avoid it if at all possible!
If you didn't have any tearing or an episiotomy.. I'd love to know if you have any thoughts on why that was!! Thank you!!
