Lazy girl workout routine

I know it's bad to be lazy, but I hate exercise (if I work too hard it triggers my asthma) and I get discouraged if it's too hard. I want to make a good workout routine but I know if it's hard I'll skip out on it. I'm looking to lose some weight. I'm around 160 pounds and I'm not happy with the way I look, I want to lose at least 10. I can't do push-ups, like physically, I can't do it. It's too hard. I also can't run very far without walking, because I can't breathe and yeah. I don't go outside and exercise because I have a bit of social anxiety and I'm afraid of people judging me. What would be good to start off with? Daily or every other day? Thanks!
