Aches and pain

Weird one girls but hoping someone might have a suggestion that helps. I'm waking up a lot with a hung shoulders. Have a good maternity pillow and awesome mattress. Never had issues before pregnancy. Midwife guessing just due to slightly softer joints. I stopped running early on due to concerns on this with my knees after major surgery following skiing injury. Maybe I'm just prone? I swim 4 times a week and that eases things off a bit. Anyone else suffering or got any ideas. 19+5 with a lil prince 😍Ftm.
