How to Grandparents gender of the baby?

So in 6 DAYS (!!!) we find out if we're having a little girl or little boy! When we announced to our parents that we were pregnant, we told them each face to face (besides my fiances father who lives in a different state). We'll probably end up just calling him to tell him what the baby is. But my question is, how should we tell my mom(who I'm very very close with, we live down the street from each other), his mom, and my dad? Text them? Call them? Get them something? How did you tell the grandparents, or how would you? TYIA!

Maybe you should place a sign in their front yard or front door when they leave that says our grandson or granddaughter (which ever it'll be) will be here (which ever date you're due) so when they come home they'll see it.

We are doing a cute gender announcement picture and then will text/email to our family and friends

We went and bought "boy" things. Blue pacifiers and teethers, wrapped them in gift bags, and hand delivered them to the parents who are nearby. We FaceTimed others and showed them the ultrasound picture.
