Uti's I get them a lot any home remedies?!

So I get uti's A LOT! I'm not a dirty person and neither is my boyfriend so I'm not sure why I get them so much. I've gone to the doctor numerous times and they just give me antibiotics or tell me to leave it if it's not too bad. I'm sick of getting them so much the doctors aren't giving me any answers. Do any of you have any.home remedies to prevent them and to have them go away?! I am in desperate need!

It's has nothing to do with you being dirty and everything to do with bacteria getting into your urethra. Wipe front to back, pee before and after sex, do not hold your pee for extended  time periods, do not stop the flow of urine and completely empty your bladder, cut down on caffeine, increase your water intake, wear cotton panties, take a probiotic daily, consider a cranberry or urinary tract health supplement. Once you know you've got one, see your doctor for treatment, then complete the treatment as directed and ensure you are symptom free before having intercourse.

Pee before and after sex, first of all. Change out of wet or sweaty clothes immediately. If you feel one coming on, start drinking lots of water to try and get it out of your system. Avoid caffeine and alcohol, which irritate the bladder. Sit in a shallow bath with a few drops of tea tree oil. Azo can numb your bladder and make it less uncomfortable. If you're getting them chronically, you can try taking something called d-mannose, which prevents bacteria from binding to the walls of your bladder. You can also try taking a cranberry supplement. Drinking cranberry juice alone is not going to do anything (common misconception), but a concentrated supplement MIGHT be helpful. I used to get them frequently and I know the misery! They can become resistant to antibiotics, so do everything you can to prevent them. Oh, and it has nothing to do with being dirty.

I get them so often too--so annoying. Anyway I had meds and it wasn't helping for 3 times. Started with the oils yesterday, it's gone today!! 😋

I get them all the time when I'm pregnant. When I have one I drink tons of water to help flush it out and then I also drink cranberry juice. My friend gets them a lot as well and started taking cranberry pills and hasn't had one in a long time

Literally my best friend and I always got them too (we aren't dirty and neither are our SO) but together we found that cranberry pills, water and peeing after sex were definite solutions!!

I read something recently about drinking some water with Cream of Tartar in it. I'd look into it.

Look up D-Mannose. A lot of people say it works for them. I also have frequent UTIs and have just started taking it. I'm praying it works! UTIs are the worst!

I have a friend who gets them a lot. Hers are caused by having narrow tubes from her kidneys (sorry, I don't know the technical terms). Unfortunately...I think there aren't many things you can do for chronic uti other than antibiotics. They say cranberry is supposed to help...but I doubt it would go far. Hang in there!
