What test are done after birth?

I'm a FTM and so I am starting to worry about everything. I have two weeks left until c-section and was wondering what test are done on baby at the hospital. Will I know right away if she has Down Syndrome or another form of autism. Of course she will be perfect to me but I just can't help but wonder.

Look up Standard procedures you have the right to refuse (in the US) on your newborn. On pinterest or the internet. It helped me a lot understand some things about immediately after birth. Ask your hospital or birth center what their standards are also so you can choose to consent or not consent.

Autism is not diagnosed at birth. Usually by age 3 you can get an accurate diagnosis. My son was diagnosed at 3 but showed symptoms since 1 and a half.

Down syndrome will be apparent but if you've had other screenings they would have had an indication before now. 
Did you have any kind of blood test for genetic disorders?

Mostly they will test bilirubin levels (for jaundice), sugar levels, and a hearing test.

I haven't had my baby yet but I believe they test for sugar levels, jaundice, hearing test and I'm sure other things I just don't know for sure.

If she had downs you would know probably upon birth because their facial features are often pretty noticeable. Austism isn't diagnosed too school age usually.
