Smell? SOS

I've had this problem for a little bit now. And I dont know what it is but its a strong smell and I cant get rid of it. Ive been tested for STDs multiple times and I have none. It doesnt hurt when I pee and I have no other symptoms of infections. Ive stopped wearing underwear and when I do I wear cotton and change it twice a day. I do have a history with recurring UTIs I get two a year. I wash every day with Dove. Ive tried the Summers eve soap about a year ago and it kind of irritated it, unless it was just adjusting my pH balance I dont know. Is there something else wrong is there anything I can do? Could it be my birth control?
