Solids - how many times per day are you offering?

How many times per day are you feeding your 5-6month old solids? When should you start offering solids at every meal?

I was wondering the same thing! 
I'm doing 1x a day right now. We just started last Sunday when she turned 6 months. I plan to ask the dr tomorrow at her 6 month appt about when to start giving more!

I am at 3-4 times a day, but unique situation with a small baby who had late diagnosed GERD and has a resentment towards bottles.

She eats around 9-12oz of food a day most days.
