How can the doc say I have polycystic ovarian syndrome  but yet I don't have cysts in my ovaries

Not all people with PCOS have cysts. I have it but no cysts.

I'm the same way. I was diagnosed with pcos but I've never had a cyst. It was more about the hormone levels and less about the actual cysts for me. Maybe you're the same way.

I was told that by a doctor, I changed doctors and they told me otherwise. They told me I was misdiagnosed.

It has a lot to do with the regularity of your menstrual cycle and being overweight is often a contributing factor.  It often interferes with ovulating.  Glycophospate is an artificial enzyme that competes with the normal hormones in the reproduction pathway weight reduction and cutting sodas out of your diet may help.  Try using an app to track your cycles along with ovulation kits to try to figure out your fertile days.  OvuView is helpful.  Also there are some very informative videos on YouTube about PCOS but look at the ones from a medical source.

My doc said the same thing. He actually said since I'm a little overweight it's probable that I have it and out it on my list of diagnosis anyway. No tests or anything.
