I took a pregnancy test last Sunday and it was negative but I'm still not bleeding. Now 10 days late. Hmm.... Could this be because I've started to run again? Or I'm lacking a vitamin?

A sudden change in activity or diet can affect your period. When I am stressed or have started a new diet, I sometimes skip a period out of the blue. It happens. If it makes you comfortable, take another test in a week. If it is still negative, wait until your next is supposed to start and if it doesn't, consult a physician
