Serious question!!!

So I got off my period on the 5th of this month and every time I had sex after it for about 4 days there would be blood. Not throughout the day,just  after sex with my boyfriend. I'd be fine then when we would finish and he would pull out there would be a puddle of blood. I'd go to the restroom and check and nothing would come out.. Well today, the 17th I was going #2, well trying anyways since I've been really constipated lately & I was pushing and a tampon came out. 😷😳 I always clean myself & make sure to change my tampons regularly but I have no idea what to do now because I haven't used a tampon since the 5th so it had to have been in there for a while & I'm scared because of TSS. I have a pap-smear scheduled for the 29th but idk if I should call someone or what? Opinions ladies?!
