Spinal tap headache, please help!!

On Wednesday at about 9 in the morning I had a lumbar puncture. My head didn't hurt at all until Thursday morning when I woke up. Got to work and was stuck throwing up in the bathroom from how bad my head hurt so I had to go home. I slept all day and took ibuprofen as well. It's now 3am on Friday and my head still hurts. It really only is unbearable when I sit up or walk around. Should I go back to the hospital or is this normal? There doesn't seem to be any leaking from the procedure. I am drinking lots of fluids also. And my back is still very sore.
