Feeling the guilts - food
9 weeks tomorrow and for some reason have got a little anxious tonight about some foods I've eaten. Backstory though has been severe MS for the last 5 weeks, so my usual green and colourful diet has been virtually non existent. Over the past few weeks I've had some cold chicken, pasteurised feta and some pizza tonight. The pizza wasn't steaming hot, but freshly cooked. Oh and some smoked hard cheese. Just doing an inventory and hoping it's not too bad.... Maybe over thinking? Happy to be told to stop being a drama queen. Still a little nervous... 😔
