I have been really sick this past week with strep throat and a UTI. I was first prescribed a zpack on Monday then Tuesday they switched me to Amoxicillin to treat both the strep and uti. The strep is getting better my neck is still very sore, but the pain in my lower back from the UTI is now becoming unbearable and I'm afraid it could be affecting my kidneys. Should I go back to the hospital and get checked out again?
