Fainting?

Question

Anyone else around 20 weeks, who did their normal thing all of a sudden feel like they were about to faint? 
I was clinging to my patients restroom wall when I felt like I was going to faint, thankfully I didn't freak my patient out because she was asleep. My blood sugar was 110 and my BP was 130/79 so everything was okay. Just wondering if anyone else was like this and why?

I had that with my first baby. My job required me to be on my feet all day, so whenever I sat down for 10+ mins, I would start to feel faint. It scared me whenever I would drive home. My doctor suspected that my blood would pool into my legs when I sat down, since the blood flow is more constricted when you're standing. She recommended I start wearing thigh-highs on the days that I worked. It solved the problem, albeit it wasn't the most comfortable thing.

I've been having this. I get a rush of blood and feel really hot and like I'm going to faint. I have an appointment on the 23 and I am defiantly going to be talking to my doctor about it. Scared the crap outta me, it's happened 3 times now.
