So confused

I made the biggest mistake of my life and after my husband and I having a bad patch I slept with a guy and he got me pregnant. I have been trying for 13 years. Do I carry on the pregnancy and loose my marriage or?..I'm devastated but only myself to blame. Please don't shout at me.
