Mine just kicks things like kitchen table or the wall and it makes me scared sometimes. I had a long heart attack one day after him was fighting with his computer (he works at home and there was some serious problems while he needed to work immediately). We are both just too emotional though.

He doesn't, but I do. Never at him, it's always me just throwing my stuff at the wall, never his. It's never to hurt him, it's just how I deal with anger. I'd never throw anything directly at him.
