Trouble breathing at night
I'm 16 weeks pregnant and for the last 3 nights I've been experiencing severe shortness of breath while trying to fall asleep. I find myself gasping for air and it's actually kind of scary. I sleep on my sides. I don't know if it's my anxiety acting up or what. Anyone else experiencing this?
