Migraines

Rose • Thirty-something mom of one beautiful pre-teen daughter, and a very happy newlywed.
I've been suffering from migraines for the past 22 years. They're often hormonal but I try my best to keep my sleeping, eating, exercising, health regulated to prevent an attack. But it's inevitable. I've been having a bad one since Sunday and I've tried excedrin, caffeine, sleep, massage, Axert, ice, hot showers with a cool down, everything. Does anyone else have any special tricks that help them find some relief? Or any other prevention tips I might be missing? Apart from going to see a doctor for the millionth time about this, I've run out of ideas.
