Surviving Cravings!

I am having the strangest cravings. All I've been able to think about the for the last 3 hours is watermelon dipped in peanut butter! And pickles! And onion rings and marshmellow fluff! Its insane. I've never had such strong cravings in my life. I would love to shove my face into these foods but I also know most of it isnt healthy. I want to maintain a healthy diet for my baby but im struggling! Does anyone have any advice on how to survive unhealthy cravings?
