Me and my boyfriend are living together, however are not financially stable for a family quite yet. We want kids and love them we just aren't there yet. Me and him use condoms, but we start off having sex with out one. Can I get pregnant? And what is the percentage of that probability?

You can. It's pretty rare, but possible. It takes quite a lot of sperm to actually fertilize an egg. The first ones to the egg end up killing themselves while trying to penetrate the egg. 
Precum can contain sperm if he's ejaculated recently and hasn't urinated since to flush out everything. If he hasn't peed, it can contain sperm but it will have a very low sperm count. It's possible for the few sperm to fertilize the egg, but more than likely, they will die before anything happens. 
Have him pee beforehand.
