Bacterial vaganosis Question

So I have had bacterial vaginosis before and it's back. My insurance won't cover another papsmear. So I wondering if it was possible to call my DR And ask for a prescription again? And also one for yeast infections since I always get them after antibiotics. Someone please help me out! I'm desperate
