Piyo results??!!

Have people seen results from doing Piyo? How long did it take you to start seeing any? Im starting my third week, love it so far!

Loved it! I really got sleeker if that makes sense. After baby i plan on doing a mix of P90x, Piyo, BBL, and 21 day fix. I like different videos from each one so I just make my own schedule lol

My sisters fav Beachbody videos and PiYo and gamer and chisel..... She has an amazing body. I'm going to start PIYo after I give birth as soon as my Dr tells me I can!

Yes!! I loved it and lost 25 lbs in 6 weeks. I moved on to 21 Day fix and I'm losing even more! Piyo is great if you want low impact,  but results aren't as fast. 21 day fix is my favorite
