I suffer with this too, when you run your fingers over them it feels like little bumps? I try body scrubs to try clear the pores, it doesn't make them all completely go away but it has helped me! I also went to the doctors a while back and they gave me some cream for my acne and that helps a lot too!

Thats not bad, from the picture it looks like the pimples are between ur breasts ehich can be a sweaty area which might be causing the acne, maybe try putting a bit of powder between ur breasts
