Charting help?

This morning I woke up around 7am just to go to the bathroom (normally I take my temperature at 8:20am every day) and my temp was 98.0. I went back to sleep woke up at 10:30 and the temperature was 98.6. 
Which one should I chart? :/ I know you have to give yourself 3-4 hours of solid sleep before testing. And the 10:30 time was 3 and a half hours since my last temp. Or should I go with the second one?
