Hcg levels?

Question

I asked my ob for a hcg level blood work and I went yesterday and I got a 129...It was 4 weeks and 1 day of pregnancy. She wants me to repeat the test today or tomorrow... I feel fine.. No spotting.. Very tired.. Some dizzyness when moving too fast.. I can only go do the test monday. She said it was normal but in a low range.. Should I worry about it too much? I have a gut feeling that I just implanted late and everything is okay! 
What do you guys think?

UPDATE
I went back for my second blood drawn for hcg count today. No spotting, some nipple pain a times, more than normal bathroom trips than regularly... Dizzyness, insominia... Ajhhh some major hot flashes...  I am hopeful.. I cant wait to to see the number, i am hoping to get the result this afternoon.

My Dr told me it doesn't really matter what your level reads as long as it doubles within 48hrs. I had blood done at 4weeks 1day and my level was 27. Had blood drawn 2 days later and my level was 126. They are not concerned at all.

I think you're fine. At 4w1d my hCG was 170, at 5w1d it was 5050. As long as it's doubling every 48 hours or so, you're golden :)

Just as long as they are doubling everything is fine :) just before 4weeks I got 231. Have another blood test next week. I'm freaking out too
